Penthouse Furniture Package Promotion

1. Promotional Period

1.1. This promotion commences on 1 February 2025 and concludes on 31 March 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
1.2. The promotion is strictly limited to Agreements for Lease and Resident and Management contracts executed during the Promotional Period.

2. Eligible Properties

2.1. This promotion is exclusively available for the following penthouse apartments at The Trentham Sandringham:
• Apartment 201
• Apartment 301
• Apartment 401
• Apartment 403
• Apartment 406

3. Promotional Offer

The promotional package consists of two components:

3.1. Interior Styling Consultation
• A maximum of eight (8) hours of project time by an interior stylist. This includes one (1) face-to-face consultation.
• Consultation must be scheduled within six (6) months of contract execution.
• Consultation hours cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

3.2. Furniture Package
• AUD $50,000 (including GST) contribution towards new furniture at retail price.
• All furniture must be procured through OneToAnother.
• The contribution amount cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Any furniture costs exceeding AUD $50,000 will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Eligibility Requirements

4.1. The promotion is only valid for new Agreements for Lease and Resident and Management contracts executed during the Promotional Period

4.2. Contracts must be unconditional and proceed to settlement

4.3. The promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

4.4. The offer is not transferable to other apartments or purchasers

5. Limitations and Liability

5.1. OneToAnother:
• Is not responsible for furniture delivery timeframes or coordination
• Bears no liability for any damage to furniture during delivery or installation
• Is not liable for any warranty claims related to the furniture items
• Reserves the right to substitute the Interior Designer if the Interior Designer selected becomes unavailable

5.2. The promotion may be withdrawn or modified at any time prior to contract execution

6. General Conditions

6.1. By participating in this promotion, purchasers accept these terms and conditions

6.2. All decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these terms are final

6.3. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia
